Q: Tell us a little more about yourself and your role at Peloton.

A: As Director of Quality Assurance, I lead software quality and testing across CFX, App, and Ecomm — and this June marks my 2-year 'Pelo-versary'! I've always been a tinkerer at heart — from stripping and rebuilding computers as a kid to still being the go-to person at home when something breaks (just ask my husband!). During my time at Peloton, my team has contributed to impactful projects like the Strength+ app and Social teams.

Q: How does the work you do everyday impact others?

A: Everything my team does is driven by one goal: delivering a first-class member experience. Peloton’s position as a leader in the fitness industry wouldn’t be possible without reliable, high-quality software. My team is a dedicated group of individuals passionate about ensuring every release is as seamless and bug-free as possible. They achieve this through meticulous testing and proactive collaboration with developers, PMs, and TPMs — ensuring every product meets the highest standards of excellence.

Q: How does Peloton support women in tech, and what initiatives do you believe make a difference?

A: One of the things I truly love about Peloton is the incredible diversity of women represented across nearly every team I've worked with — not just in specific roles or domains, as I've seen in some past companies. Our annual hackathon is another fantastic example of this. It's a space where diverse perspectives shine, and many of those ideas have gone on to become part of our products. All it takes is an idea and a group of like-minded folks ready to rally behind it!

Q: What advice would you give to women aiming for a leadership role within the tech field?

A: For women aspiring to leadership roles in tech — leave that imposter syndrome at the door! Early in my career, self-doubt often held me back, and I know many women struggle with feeling 'not good enough.' But I've learned that success isn't about ticking every box — it's about resilience, growth, and embracing the journey. Mistakes are inevitable, but what matters most is learning from them, dusting yourself off, and pushing forward with confidence. As Maya Angelou wisely said, 'We may encounter many defeats, but we must not be defeated.
