The Member Support team, part of the Member Experience team, works on the front lines providing a support experience that is human and honest.
Working in Member Support
Peloton is evolving all the time, and our community turns to us as the experts to offer guidance in an empathetic, authentic, human, and direct way. We correspond directly with members by phone, live chat, and email. We troubleshoot problems, walk members through features, and help our members to get the most out of their workouts.
Member Support has full-time onsite shifts, available 7 days a week from 6:45 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. CST.

Getting to the office
The Plano Office at 6500 Chase Oaks Boulevard is located off the Spring Creek Parkway exit 31, between Maroon Lane and Superior Ave. Peloton occupies Suite 120, whose main entrance is on the south side of the building.
