About the Role
The Senior Director of IT Operations & Digital Resilience will be the primary architect of our internal technology experience and operational stability. You will lead a global team of 20+ professionals across Service Desk, Infrastructure, SRE, and Compliance functions. Your mission is to ensure a seamless "always-on" employee experience while maintaining a rigorous security and compliance posture across our global footprint.
Your Daily Impact at Peloton
1. Global Service Excellence & Employee Experience
- End-User Support: Direct the global IT Helpdesk and a specialized VIP Support tier, ensuring white-glove service for executive leadership.
- Digital Workplace: Lead end-point management strategy (MDM, imaging, lifecycle) to ensure employees have the right tools, whether remote or in-office.
- EX Leadership: Act as the primary advocate for the "Employee Experience," using technology to reduce friction in the daily workflow.
2. Infrastructure & Site Reliability (SRE)
- Connectivity: Oversee global network architecture, ensuring high-availability for local, remote, and hybrid connectivity solutions.
- System Reliability: Manage SRE and Incident Management frameworks to minimize downtime and ensure rapid recovery from system failures.
- Connectivity: Own the global network stack, ensuring seamless VPN, SD-WAN, and office-based connectivity.
3. Security, GRC & Loss Prevention
- Governance & Compliance: Serve as the functional lead for IT regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, SOC2) and cybersecurity governance.
- Asset Protection: Oversee Loss Prevention strategies to mitigate hardware theft, data leakage, and unauthorized access.
- Risk Mitigation: Align operational workflows with corporate security policies to ensure "security by design" in IT Ops.
4. Vendor & Strategic Management
- Global Delivery: Manage offshore vendor relationships (BPO/MSP), ensuring third-party delivery meets internal quality and security standards.
- Financial Oversight: Manage a multi-million dollar budget encompassing hardware, software licensing, and managed service contracts.
Performance & Metrics
You will be responsible for the design and weekly delivery of the IT Operational Command Dashboard, including:
- Service Metrics: MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve), First-Call Resolution, and CSAT.
- Reliability Metrics: SLOs/SLAs for core infrastructure and network uptime.
- Compliance Scorecards: Audit readiness status and Loss Prevention recovery rates.
You Bring to Peloton
- Experience: 12+ years in IT Operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Technical Breadth: Deep familiarity with ITIL frameworks, SRE principles, and modern GRC tools.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing a team of 20+, including remote and offshore resources.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical "uptime" data into business-centric "experience" reports for the C-Suite.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
