Peloton is looking for a forward-thinking, adaptable, focused, and hardworking Technical Program Manager with a diverse set of skills who can thrive in a challenging and exciting environment. The Enterprise Technology team provides and supports integration between key business systems as well as ongoing operations and monitoring of our core infrastructure. You will work with the Enterprise Technology PMO and will handle technical projects, and programs, and run work efforts for the Enterprise Service Operations department within the team. Familiarity with core technologies such as cloud engineering, robotics process automation, monitoring, alerting, DevOps, as well as security will be key to this role.  You will lead planning, project execution, development, partner, and vendor management as well as work with multi-functional teams in other business units to support shared initiatives. This role will lead projects, programs, and technology delivery for the Global Service Platforms + Operations, Identity, & Trust portfolios within ESO and in support of both Enterprise Technology and Peloton as a whole.  

You are required to work with technical staff and lead technical projects across multiple teams while representing Enterprise Technology. You will apply your technical and organizational skills to ensure requirements are complete and approved by partners, plan for dependencies, and make these teams more efficient. You know how to apply technology to solve problems. You are both a diplomat and an advocate and will be trusted to represent these teams to partners, internal and external. You will define goals, measure progress, handle dependencies, and identify and mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will be able to converse in technical language and possess knowledge of software as a service, systems integration, application development, sales, customer support, and services.

As the Technical Program Manager, you will help our teams maintain organization while continuing to improve on process and communication. The right candidate will feel comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.


  • Create project plans, identify constraints and risks, and provide mitigation plans
  • Control scope and evaluate business priorities to efficiently balance resources and projects
  • Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Responsible for regular reporting to key partners on project and program status
  • Support change management and go live procedures following correct processes for UAT approvals and deployment milestones where appropriate
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies to include running execution, backlogs, retrospectives, grooming, etc.
  • Perform the role of Scrum Master in an agile working team using standard processes from the agile framework
  • Familiar with PMI framework for managing and performing projects (e.g. PMBOK). PMP certification is a plus
  • Facilitate regular meetings with your scrum team and/or project team, customers, and vendors where appropriate
  • Lead sprint ceremonies using Jira and Confluence as applicable to the project or focus area
  • Maintain project documentation in Smartsheet, Confluence, Google Docs
  • Maintain change management and compliance documentation in confluence, google docs


  • 5+ years of project management experience related to technology and/or 3+ years of technical program management experience
  • Prior experience in Technical Program Management, both implementing and handling business systems and/or technology infrastructure
  • Experience in the identification, assessment, and management of risks; able to handle and drive resolution of the risks, not just maintaining the risk register
  • Good understanding of work estimation techniques
  • Experience administering Jira for the purpose of leveraging and modifying Jira boards, workflows, and forms, as well as other features, to enable Jira to better support the team
  • Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
  • Energetic teammate with excellent written communication, verbal communication, and conceptual skills
  • Good interpersonal communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter/self-motivated, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision
  • Comfortable in developing effective relationships with multi-functional partners, senior leadership, and scrum teams across the organization
  • Has a flexible approach to change, is able to work successfully in a variety of situations, constantly seeks improvements, and is forward-looking

Base Salary: $136,300.00 to $177,300.00  

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NY - based position.
The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
