Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Content Cloud)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build performant, scalable, resilient applications that will delight Peloton’s 7 million members across the globe. On the Content Cloud team, you’ll play a critical role building the software that powers the Peloton member experience. You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment to build brand new content experiences and the tools our production team uses to shape those experiences. You will team with engineers across the company to lead our software boldly into the future.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON:

  • Work within an agile development environment with peer engineers, designers, and product managers to scope, develop and deliver a software experience that realizes the product strategy
  • Develop new backend and frontend features to support the delivery of experiences within Peloton’s products
  • Build the internal tooling that our production team uses to produce its world-class content
  • Coordinate technical projects across the company

YOU BRING TO PELOTON: 

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • Experience with JavaScript, Python, Kotlin/Java or similar languages
  • Proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework like React (preferred), Vue, or similar
  • Experience building RESTful or GraphQL microservices
  • Familiarity with accessing, querying and writing to data stores like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, etc.

Base Salary: $172,100 to $223,800

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
