People Systems Analyst

YOU DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Own, optimize, enhance, configure and troubleshoot key SuccessFactors modules, or other digital tools our team supports (from hire to retire)
  • Support translation of business requirements into functional and technical requirements across modules
  • Ability to help design, build, test and manage integrations to 3rd party vendor solutions
  • Review, configure, test and showcase new features or new configurations in SuccessFactors to meet business needs
  • Research, recommend and stay abreast of SuccessFactors offerings, solutions and releases
  • Create and execute detailed functional and UAT testing plans for approval and sign off
  • Provide insights and recommendations on ways to optimize the team member's digital experience
  • Leverage service design principles and agile implementation methodology to implement system solutions and increase team member usage/adoption
  • Support application system analysis to prepare storyboards, wireframes, journey maps and/or data flow diagrams to articulate system understanding
  • Support incident/escalation processes to minimize system downtime
  • Complete critical system administration tasks including cyclical & year end activities
  • Ensure consistent processes across global footprint and SuccessFactors solution
  • Maintain SOX compliance, where applicable.  Partner with Internal Audit and necessary  COE’s to address any issues
  • Create and maintain positions, foundation objects, table data, and as needed, worker data.
  • Manage bi-annual release updates and work with leadership to determine enablement plan
  • Ensure refresh of Preview/Test environments to mirror Prod settings as part of system 
  • maintenance processes
  • Support organizational communication & change management efforts for system changes and enhancements
  • Interaction with SAP Support to escalate issues, tickets/resolution

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 3+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors EC configuration experience essential
  • Experience configuring other SAP SuccessFactors including setting up permissions, and various modules within the system (e.g. Performance, Compensation etc)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field
  • Excellent time management, written and verbal communication, and follow-up skills
  • General understanding of database relationships
  • Ability to handle multi-functional projects and initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and evaluate and apply resources as needed
  • Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions
  • Ability to challenge convention
  • Good attention to detail, process oriented and high-level of accuracy
  • Ability to relate to, influence and collaborate with employees at all levels in the organization
  • Solid computer proficiency, specifically in Excel (experience creating pivot tables, using v-lookups and filters/sorting, knowledge of formulas)

Base Salary: $103,200.00 to $134,200.00

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the NY - based position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
